    VBA copy to sheet

    In the attached workbook if there is a match of column D in Template to column D in Source, the information in F and G are transferred to Low Coverage with the same highlighting? The code works for the most part I just didn't account for these additional regions. So when the compare amplicons button is clicked the numbers are incorrect. Thank you.

    It might be based to approach this in steps:

    The columns in blue in source that are "Y" or "N" after the code runs are highlighted in either green or magenta. How do I prevent this? Thanks.
