    This offsets the cells into the next column

    ..and what about the other names? What are the rules and how are they presented?

    Better still re-upload the workbook with a complete set of results and confirm which cells are data and which are results.

    I require only Ram, Mohan, Gopal to be taken in separate column and remaining will retained in the same rows.

    Please help on this.

    Hi,

    That's different to your example workbook where you specify only Mohan & Krishna

    However in general you need in B2 copied down

    Formula: copy to clipboard
