Help! Copy named range from excel to access table.

Hi

I'm trying to copy a range of data from an excel spreadsheet and paste it at the bottom of a table in access. The number of columns is the same in each table.

This is what I've got so far:

It gets as far as opening the table but then I've gone wrong! I've tried searching for the correct terminology to paste my data at the bottom of the table but haven't had any luck.

Can anyone help?

I believe that it may be easier to import the data to Access instead of trying to cut and paste. Look at this link and specifically at importing a range of data.
