Good morning and Thankyou in advance to all who offer to help me with this situation.

I have a competence spreadsheet which is used to record all assessments my staff take. Once complete, the new expiry date is added and the spreadsheet turns that cell green. Once within 30 days of expiry, the spreadsheet turns that cell Yellow. Once expired, it turns it red.

What I require:

Once the 30 day mark arrives, I want it to send an email (outlook 2007) to X informing them that a member of their team will have their competence expire after 30 days.

Once the competence expires, I want it to send an email (outlook 2007) to X informing them that their member's competence has expired and they are not to carry out that task any more.
