Dinamic range calculation

Hi all
I have a very hard problem to resolve (for me) and looking for any help please.

There are some data to summarize using a dinamic range and calculate the sum for the single article with a max level of 1 article loaded 2 times or 7 article loaded 1 times.
When 2 article reach 2 loaded times the dinamic range must be recalculate to back to have only 1 article loaded 2 times and max 6 article loaded 1 times (or 6 article 1 times and 0 articles 2 times). Also, when all 8 article are loaded at least 1 time the range must be reset to the active row and restard the counting.

I attach a sample file to show my target. VBA macro or some formulas are welcome (Excel 2010 - 2013)
