Copy rows 1-10 from one worksheet into another worksheet inserting above a particular row

Hi, I have not got much experience with macros/vba, I have spent some time on google and cant find an exact match to what i am needing.

I have workbook that contains 2 sheets - Templates and Quoting

I need to copy rows 1-10 from Templates and insert rows above into Quoting where column A = "Insert"
Any help would be much appreciated.
