Multiple If-Then value pairs: compact formulation

It seems kind of unsatisfactorily stupid to have multiple If-Then value pairs written like this (at least when multiple means 30+):

However the following "reduction" is not equivalent:

How, then, could it actually be accomplished?

If it is consistently every three rows, you can for...next loop it

That code will go down to Q326 and F326. Adjust the values as desired.
