VBA Code Help to move Data between Workbooks

Good Day,

I have a main workbook that I enter data called VR - I would like to be able to move the data from VR to another workbook called SAH.

I would like to keep all the formatting etc. the same.

Would someone be able to provide some suggestions.

I probably should have clarified that I will be continuing to add data to the first workbook and would like the second one to be automatically updated.
