Need Help to COUNTIFS across multiple sheets/same column

I need to make it to countifs, cause i have mutiple criteria to count, anyone can help?

Perhaps stating the obvious but use

WorksheetFunction.CountIfs

in your vba code and extend the pairs of range/criteria as necessary.

Incidentally please remember to wrap your code in code tags. This makes code easier to read. This isn't too bad being only a few lines but you should get into the habit when posting here.
