Pivot table with multiple columns

Hi guys,

I have a pivot table that brings data from another worksheet which has multiple columns and consequently the pivot table currently have multiple rows.

I have attached the sample file below that clearly addresses the problem that I have with my pivot table.

Hi Boopathiraja, thank you so much for your help and it works perfectly. However, I forgot to mention that there are few multiple filters on my pivot table. I have attacehd the sample file again below for your understanding. Is it possible to apply filter option to the multiple column consolidation as well? Many thanks. advance.
