Marco to automate task scheduling of associates.

I need a macro to assign 1, 2, 3, or 4 for tasks that are completed in 30 minute increments. So, if there is a 2 in dark blue then it would only assign a 1 and a 2. In the dark blue I need that number of associates for the set task. The yellow yes means they can be assigned a task, no means they are not available at that time. The bottom row shows how many people are available for the tasks, next to there name is a number of tasks they need during a shift. The red shows how many total task shifts are needed, both red boxes have to be equal. In the end I want the yellow yes to either remain as a yes or become a 1, 2, 3, or 4. For example Matt would have a 1 at 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11:00 AM. I have attached a sample file.
