Similar text + numbers

Hello excel masters! I have the following problem that I need your help with !

I have the following output taken from a much bigger table:

As you can see there are similar versions in JJ24 and AA22 (CS5-CS6). I am bumping my head to figure out how can I make excel mark when it sees 2 similar versions of cells next to each other to show or just mark the HIGHER version in our case CS6?

I am not sure if this may be a solution to your problem. But try the following:

Step 1) Highlight the "Product Name" column
Step 2) Click on Conditional Formating > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values > OK
