Of course you must delete all existing page break first.

I test using Excel 2003 and 2007, both yield expected result (the file is attached).
Do you use different file ?

If what you want is to get 3 pages for all, then you will not get it, because each report is too long to fit in one page.


If the paper size is Letter, margin Top and Bottom both 2.5" :
First report, page 1 : row 1 to 41 (not fit in single page)
First report, page 2 : row 42 to 55 (page break at expected row : Other Information)

Second report, page 3 : row 56 to 90 (fit in single page, page break at expected row : Other Information)

Third report, page 4 : row 91 to 131 (not fit in single page)
Third report, page 5 : row 132 to 143 (page break at expected row : Other Information)


If the paper size is Legal, margin Top and Bottom both 2.5" :
First report, page 1 : row 1 to 53 (not fit in single page)
First report, page 2 : row 54 to 55 (page break at expected row : Other Information)

Second report, page 3 : row 56 to 90 (fit in single page, page break at expected row : Other Information)

Third report, page 4 : row 91 to 143 (fit in single page, page break at expected row : Other Information)
