Password to Prevent Saving

Hi again all. I have a workbook that I would like to prevent other users from saving locally (disable save all together). I have some simple code which does the job 90% of the way, but I am now caught in a loop.

Obviously my problem here is that if I remove the password from O1 then I cant save to workbook myself to distribute to others, but if i leave the password in and send it out well....that clearly defeats the purpose of the whole thing lol.

Help is appreciated, if possible it'd be great to have excel launch a userform where the password can be entered before attempting to save; though I feel like if my initial problem here can be solved then I might be able to take care of that bit myself. Thanks in advance.

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.

Or you can use this way:

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
