Managing MANY different macros within a single personal file?

Hi,
In my personal file (that located in the XLSTART folder) I have about 100 different macros for different purposes, many of them are in a massive use.
Its very comfortable for me to have them all in the personal file because i can always use each one of them on any active sheet from many different workbooks.

The only problem is that many times it take quite some time to find the necessary macro for the specific task that I am busy with, its such a long list that it take a lot of time to scroll down the list and look carefully at the titles of the macros till I find the necessary one...

I am just wondering: is there a way (or tool or add-in or whatever) that can help me to find the necessary macro by making a simple "macro search" by simply typing a keyword and find the macro quickly?

TO get around this issue, I created a MACRO folder, and just open the file, run it, then close it and proceed. This allows me to use Windows Explorer instead of VBE.

Actually, yeah I used to have them all as shortcuts. I liked it, until the PC crashed and needed to be reimaged.... At this point is when I decided to keep them in a folder instead of the personal macro section.
