I've got a sheet that has about 85 active x controls (listbox, textbox, checkbox, combobox). In the process of enabling events, I set the font, size and face, but for some reason, it seems like every time I click in any of the controls, it shrinks, I check the properties of the control and it says what I originally set. I'm using Excel 2007.

This is a common problem, especially if you are using a second or auxiliary monitor, and ActiveX controls. The font isn't actually changing; it just isn't displaying properly. If you go to Design Mode then change the size of a control, you will see the font restore (then you can change the size back again). I have never seen a definite solution to this, just workarounds, like code that runs through all the controls to change the size and change it back to restore the fonts.
