Copy the data from 1 sheet in vertical line to another sheet in horizontal line

FIle attached . Macros (name: [Data]) created is able to advancefilter and copy data from sheet Database to sheet Summary however this is only applied for 1 month, 1 country & 1 Area.
The problem is I would like to apply copy data action for multiple months/countries/areas.
Example: If Month (B4) is blank, the data couldn't copy over but advancefilter (macros name:[Filter]) is no problem
