Macro to show user form not working

Hey all,

Just a quick one probably! Could someone help me with this? I'm trying to open a userform with a command, but it's not recognising the reference.

The error is probably with the userform
When the userform tries to open it errors.

I created a new user form and that one worked fine. I'm not sure what went wrong! Thank you anyway.
