What do you mean by "repeating"?

I want 1 should be three rows

As you repeat the customer id. date should also repeat in rows.

Respectfully. I am saying that I want to enter the data in a closed workbook through a user form.
User form have Four text boxes and data file is G:\Test.xlsm
