Filters not working together

Good Afternoon,

I am currently using the following code which allows me to filter columns based on certain data validation cell selections:

I am trying to modify this code to allow me to:

1. Have the filters work off of each other. If I select "1" in filter one and "1/2015" in the other filter, the only cells that should display are the ones containing the combination of those selections.
2. Hide/ Remove the Filter arrows
