Formula or VBA Code to calculate the total and average time

Can someone help me calculate the total and average time in months

Your notation of using H.m for time is unconventional and makes calculations very difficult. You should either use fractional hours (1.5 = 1 and a half hours) or use h:m (1:30 = 1 and a half hours). I have converted your numbers to the latter.

By the way your slashes and X's in the blank cells can be done much more easily by setting borders, instead of using drawing elements. I did B42:B43 as an example.
