Delete/Remove fromula from cells and retain values

Hi,

I need to do something tricky in my excel file and May i ask your help on how to work on this need to create a Macro that need to remove formulas and retain the result. I have an excel file with 15 columns. Column F has contains "RECEIVED" and "INTRANSIT". I will filter the column F using "RECEIVED". so once the filter is done I will remove the formulas and retain the values of all RECEIVED.

SOLVED. I have this below vba code but the problem is it takes more time to process as compare with your code it takes seconds only. Again Thank you very much!
