How to add a value to the last blank cell of a column if it doesnt exist there already.

i have a textbox, and few radio buttons and check boxes. i want when any of those change on a userform, based on certain string that i attached to every control, ( for example if i click checkbox verification required then it searches in column a, if it has verification required in it or not. if yes then do nothing if no then add verification required to the last blank cell of that column
