Button that will run RANDBETWEEN()

Hello,

Is it possible to have a button that inserts a random number in an empty cell?

For example, in the attached file, can I enter a name and number in cells C2 and C4, respectively, but if I don't have a number I can press the button and a random number will populate C4?
