Create a form in excel using imported pdf file

I want to import a PDF file into the background of an Excel sheet, be able to type in the cells ABOVE the image and have everything print 100% solid (IE, I need the white portions of the PDF to be transparent so that when the final sheet is printed, all cell data is visible and the background image is not a screen).

    Quick way?
