macro to copy paste visible cells into a newly created sheet

    hi guys...

    need your expertise again...

i have this excel file which i want to separate in each tab, namely OPENTASK, TBA, HANDOVER. my idea is to create 3 buttons that is located in the raw file named OPENTASK, TBA AND HANDOVER

    when i click on

    OPENTASK BUTTON - it will:
    - filter column P based on what is written in cell b2
    - filter column O with "open" and "pending"
    - remove from filter "blanks" in column M
    - create another sheet named as "open task"
    - copy all the visible cells in the sheet named "open task"

    TBA BUTTON - it will:
    - filter column P based on what is written in cell b2
    - filter column M with "blanks"
    - remove from filter "blanks" in column L
    - create another sheet named as "TBA"
    - copy all the visible cells in the sheet named "TBA"

*** note that "source file" for opentask and tba button will be the data in sheet "raw file"

    HANDOVER BUTTON - it will:
    - filter column M with "blanks"
    - remove from filter "blanks" in column L
    - create another sheet named as "HANDOVER"
    - copy all the visible cells in the sheet named "HANDOVER" but should follow the column headers I have put in in the handover sheet.

*** for the handover button, the source file would be the sheet named "tba"

really really really hope someone could help me on this. would appreciate it from the bottom of my heart

    super thanks for above...

however the handover button needs some revision. instead of just copying the cells... i need to have it in a different format. i have attached the format in the excel i attached earlier.

also is it possible to copy also the columns headers when creating the opentask and tba sheets?

hope you could take a look into this.
