Organize 35 people into groups of 5 over 9 days; minimize same people together

Hello, I have a dilemma and hope someone can help. I have 35 people to organize into groups 5 over 9 days. I would like to minimize the number of times any two people are together. Thank you if you can help. See attached spreadsheet.

Note that it is probably (well, for sure) not the optimal solution, but it is quite reasonable one. if you limit yourself to 7 days (Const maxrows% = 7 in the code) no 2 people will work together at all. For 9 days schedule in this approach some do meet twice.
