Unlock a password protected WORKBOOK

I offered to help my dad in unlocking a very old excel workbook. At first I tried the following code

But I guess that's for opening a protected sheet.



I also tried the code breaker for WORKBOOKS described on this link http://www.zorvek.com/excel/unlockin...and-sheets.htm
But I couldn't get it to work.

• Either I am pasting it on the wrong place
• Is there a way to unprotect a workbook whose password is forgotten ?
