I need a solution that will create a new sheet and copy, paste, link new formulas

Hi,

I need a macros solution that will copy the 'END' sheet in this workbook and create a new sheet to be renamed. I also need a solution that will create and add new formulas in the summary sheet that will link to the newly created sheet. The formulas should be exactly like the formulas already in the summary sheet that link to the 'SMITH' sheet. The formulas would be the same but link to the same cells in the newly created sheet. Thanks!!
