Macros:need to count specific no of objects at a fixed time interval say 5 minutes

Please help me solve this problem.I hv a excel file in which there are 4 columns namely Vehicle,Start time,End Time,Speed.I want result to come in a way like.
No. of vehicles types crossed along with their average speed at a 5 minute interval.like

Start Time End Time LCV Two wheeler Car small buses car big mini bus 3 auto
vol||Avg Speed vol||Avg Speed

57319.42 62319.42 3 speed/no of entries n so on...
