Data Entry check by Master sheet

Dear members,

I am have excel contains two sheets

Input sheet where users to be Type or copy paste data

Master sheet is the base sheet

My requirement is the user can enter data only which is available in master data,

Example they cannot enter date after given date range and given region or given Manager

kindly give vba button for highlight wrongly given data3

after rectify that data only they need to save the sheet

kindly do the needful
