Using 1 slicer for multiple pivots (diff data source)

    Hello,

I got 2 different pivot tables from different sources and want them both to work with 1 slicer.
I don't want to combine the 2 tables to get 1 data source...

Is there an easy way to get this done? Both tables/pivots contain the same data on wich I want to filter.

    Thnx in advance,

    Edwin

    Hi Roskame,

The two pivots you created contain different data source.
If you want to control both the pivots by 1 Slicer then the data source must be same.

I guess this will help you in better understanding.

    Hey,

I already knew that ;-) but I still wanted to control them both with 1 slicer.
Must be doable with some VBA right?
