can we turn our spreadsheets into a distributable application?

Hello,

A quick question.... is it possible to turn our spreadsheet comprising
forms with controls on them into a full distributable
computer application.

In other words, when one would open the spreadsheet, he would
see the typical spreadsheet cells and as well buttons
on the side which open forms. But other than that there would
be nothing else that gives the impression that it's exce?

In summary, some excel menus would be taken out,
the ribbon would not show, the office button would not show and
the excel logo would not show. Also, scroll bars and the like
would all be disabled and the user would not be able to
to reset these changes .....
