Hi All, I wish to navigate excel worksheets using data validation list box on all the worksheets. The user should not be prompted with popup forms rather just through data validation on all the pages. Any help with VBA or excel functionality would be highly appreciated
Create your worksheet list and add your data validation.

Need your help again. While working with the drop down, I observed, that after few couple of sheet selection, the value in the listbox changes automatically. for e.g. if I select Sheet3, the value in the cell automatically changes to sheet4, sheet1 or whatever. could you please recheck and help me with that pl?
It works as it should.
The data validation will always be what you selected last on the active sheet. If you select Sheet 1 on Sheet 4, then select Sheet 4 on Sheet 1, Sheet 4 will still show Sheet 1. Whew!
