    Create Sheets and copy rows to the Sheets if cell contains sheet names

    I have a report that I am sent.
    I import it into Sheet "7Day"
    Column M contains names

    I would like to add a Sheet for each Name
    Then move the header row (row1) plus each row where column M contains the Sheet Name.
