Automatic Date Update on Row Change, Issue with Blank and Deleted Rows

Hi,
I have this macro:

This macro updates the date in the current row I change a value in. I am using this to track spreadsheet usage.
The issue I want to overcome is that when I want to delete a particular row of data, the date value remains and continues to update.
I am unsure how to possible alter the code to not insert the date value if the row has no data, or maybe there is a more elegant solution.
