Need help to auto merge different files and delete sub total rows after merging

Dear Everybody, I need help from the experts here to help me solve this issue.

We will receive 2 files for 1 day from our customer, telling us which driver has done what job. On Operations side, the drivers will submit their job sheet to inform Operations and claim for their salary. We need to match the listing from our customer against the driver to check if they had over claim their trips and whether did our customer short pay to us.

Such data will not be pass to us on a daily basis, thus, by the time we receive these data, will be in bulk.

I had done a sample file of what I required and hoped someone here can help on it.

Infact, I had a simple vba but it don't seems to work. (Got this VBA on my previous query on how to merge files but is by year and I need to copy and paste the raw file into that particular folder so that it can only consolidate those files).
