Something for fun - Possible to play an animated gif if cell equals a total?

I have designed a score sheet for a dice game which our family plays all the time but I was wondering if it is possible to play an animated gif when a certain cell equals a total. eg. If a:50=10000 and a:5="Me' I was hoping to play a gif so I can rub it in when I win (I already have a personalized message box which I change quite often). Was also wondering about maybe a video clip of fireworks or something similar. If anybody has any other ideas what I could do that might be cool that would **** off the other players let me know, the more creative the better. I appreciate all the help I get here and it really helps at my employment but I thought this might be a fun little challenge for everyone to try to come up with a really outlandish celebration.
