VB Code to give 1st and last row # in selected range

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have lots of data from column A thru E.
I need VB code to give me the 1st Row # and last row # of the selected range.
Lets assume that I selected range A7:E15.
Now running the code should give me First Row #7 and last row# 15
