can't search word or phrase in my database

Hello,
i have homework from my college
I want build application warehouse database, but in case "publisher" can't search by phrase or word only can search first word in database.
please help me. this case confused for me....
The workbook is in the attachment. I've tried to insert some code, but my logic is not good enough.

Would you give a couple of specific examples of what you are trying to do, what result you get or what happens and what you expect to happen.

Tell us what text you are entering in the user form, where, what you are picking from drop downs and any other relevant information.
