Removing Duplicates - Object Doesn't Support this Property or Method Error

I am attempting to remove duplicates in a particular column and am getting a '438' - Object doesn't support this property or method

I'm an idiot....just noticed there was a comma instead of a period before RemoveDuplicates. Error is now gone, but data is not being removed. Any suggestions?
