Based on condition cells to be unlocked

Hi All ,

Bases on two values teh cell is should be unlocked for editing in the sheet, I have attached a workbook .

In that coloumn G if the value is yes and process month is in B2 thats is june , then that particular cell should get open for editing that is k9 in this example .


so some can help me on this
