Find all instances of a value and delete that cell

Hi All!!

In the Range A1:C100, I want to find all instances of "!$" and delete that cell.

Illustration:

If "!$" (only in values not in formulas and find only partly not whole) is found in a cell say B2, then delete that cell's content. Do this for all cells.
