Automatically fill next cell with date and username when a checkbox is selected

Good Afternoon Everyone!

In each cell of Column O I have a checkbox. When this checkbox is selected today's date is auto-filled into the cell directly to the right of the check box. For example. if the box in O5 is checked, the date fills into P5. If the box in O8 is checked, the date fills into P8. I am currently using the code below and it works great.

However, I would like it to show date and time and I would also like it to autofill the username of the user into column Q.

I know to have the username autofill instead of the date I replace

. But how do I edit the code to perform both functions? And how do I edit the code to autofill with a static date and time?
