VBA to fully lock down the workbook after a specified date

I looking for a VBA code that will lock down the whole excel workbook after a specific date.

I've created a staff tracking (roster) program with excel that my boss has asked to licence from me.

It wasn't the plan to licence but now that he has offered, I'm worried that after I've given a copy I won't be able to licence it again next year.

I'm not really sure it is safe enough for your application but you can try it.
Put this macro in the "This workbook" section.

Change the password and the date to suit your needs.
And set a password to your VBA Project so no one can play with your code. It can be set by right clicking on the the VBA Project name and selecting the VBA Project Properties and then the Protection tab.
