    cell value base on font color of cells in A column

    hello frds ,
    please help with following ,
    i am trying to input cell values , base on font colors of cells in column A
    also i have attach sample file , please have a look .
    if cell in column A is non-blue , then it take value of C column cells
    if cell in column A is blue , then it take value of B column cells ....
    thanks in advance
