Copy and Paste with a selection criteria

Please find attached the problem on the Excel Sheet

Objective: Copy the range of values from row 4 and paste them AS VALUES in row 5.

Restriction: However, I only want to copy & paste the values from ROW 4 that correspond to FLAG = 1

As you can see the values in Row 5 (which have a formula) go further away, so my idea is to copy & paste the values of row 4, corresponding to the Flag = 1 without messing it up the formula in the columns of ROW 5 that go futher away.

My idea was to select the Range of values in Row 4, apply a selection criteria (i.e. only select and copy the values where FLAG = 1) and then paste them in Row 5.

I tried to use the .Autofilter in VBA but I'm still a noob in VBA programming. Maybe there is an easier way to do this.
Can you help me?

[B]IMPORTANT[B]: It might make things more dificult but there are values that correspond to FLAG = 1 which the value is 0 ("zero")
