you need 10 icons on the form (invisible) as a picture.
then swap them out every second, to visible ones on the timer grid.
using a timer in Excel is a pain, but here's the code. (also google it)

Hi Mart Marti
you can import the userform and the module by navigating to VBE edior (Alt + F11)
Right click in Project window on Module1 then Export file to desktop (for example)
Do the same with the userform ...and export it to desktop
In your file in vbe editor, you can right click and Import both the userfrom and module
Finally in workbook_module paste this code
