Retain formatting on all Pivot Charts when table refresh

Hi Experts,

I have 3 pivot charts connected to 3 pivot tables. These pivot tables are updated via one report filter by a code.

My problem is every time i filter/refresh the pivot table - the pivot charts will loose its formatting and will revert to the "standard" format.

I read that the workaround thru this is by a VBA code. Can you please help me with the code that will keep my pivot charts format

What sort of formatting is used on the Pivot Chart that is being lost?

Can you attach a sample workbook? Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

formatting like the type of chart used (bar vs line graph), color, markers used.

technically i'm using a combination of a bar and line graph for each of the charts. But whenever I update the pivot table the charts revert back to being a bar graph.
