Delete Unwanted Rows

1. What I would like to accomplish is if I have a "Blank Cell in Column A", I would like to Delete that Row.

2. Also If I have "Text in Column A", I would also want to delete that Row. Down to and including Row 144

I have uploaded what my sheet looks like.
I hope this is not asking to much, but I would appreciate it very much to be able to run a marco on this.

Try this (initially on a copy of your data as the results cannot be undone if they're not as expected):

Note the links in Col. A came through for me as zero (even though show zeros had been switched off) so you may have to tweak the first IF statement of my code to suit how the data looks for you.
